Time keeper for GTA San Andreas

This is a tiny trainer to maintain the game time
within the range of your choice.
The times are in 24 hour format.

Make both times the same to freeze the clock.
You will still see the time run 5 minutes from 
that time. That is to lessen the effect of 
tinge changes. You'll still be able to see a change
in tinge every 5 seconds(minutes in the game).
