Naruto To Boruto : Shinobi Striker Trainer

This game comes with the software called Easy Anti Cheat installed.  This software uses a system driver to manipulate your operating system in such a way that it selectively blocks access to running processes, similar to a root kit or a malware.  If Easy Anti Cheat is running while the game is running, then you cannot use trainers or mods to the game.  When you run the game from Steam, it runs the Easy Anti Cheat loader which starts Easy Anti Cheat, then runs the game.  If you want to use the trainer with the game, you need to replace the Easy Anti Cheat loader with the included loader.  Replace the program, NARUTO.exe located here:

C:\Steam\steamapps\common\Naruto To Boruto

with the one included with the trainer.  You will likely need to do this after every patch of the game.

The new loader:
1) simply runs the game without Easy Anti Cheat
2) is not a crack or warez or any sort of modification of the game executable
3) is not the game executable, it's a loader to run the game
4) does not remove the DRM of the game
5) does not allow you to run the game without Steam

What it does do is launch the game FROM Steam without starting the Easy Anti Cheat loader.
