Freeze Nearby Drivers: Toggle on and in most cases nearby vehicles will slow to a stop. Useful in races and in cop chases. Mega Cash: Spend Money and you have more. Police Ignore Driver: If you've been spotted they cant BUST you. If you haven't been spotted, you can drive all around, even if you have head, and they will not spot or pursue you.
