Launch the game first or the trainer first, it shouldn't matter.
Press desired option key
Options

Press 8 : Turn on Black Ops Armor
Press 9 : Turn on Endless Ammunition
Press 0 : Turn on Ghost Team Members Black Ops Armor
Press P : Turn on "Ghost" Mode
*Notes
------
8 : This will engage the top secret Black Ops Armor for the commander (you) of the
Ghost Team. It will thwart most attacks, mainly gunfire and grenades. This
has been improved to thwart some missle and .50 cal attacks as well as
certain other weapons.
9 : This will engage the top secret ammunition multiplier option for all personal weapons,
including your grenades! This has been improved and should work on nearly all
guns (not the anti-tank).
0 : This will engage the Black Ops Armor for the rest of the Ghost Team.

j'aime bien, de temps à autre, utiliser les trainers, le vôtre a l'air super MAIS, vous faites
presque tous la mème erreur : il n'y jamais. UNE SIMPLE EXPLICATION, SUR L'ENDROIT IL FAUT PLACER LE TRAINER, ( SIMPLEMENT LE NOM DU DOSSIER ) UNE FOIS LE FICHIER DÊZIPÈ )

"Il n'y a pas de règle exact pour exécuter le Trainer.
- Il peux être utilisé n'importe où par exemple il peut se situer sur le disk D et le jeu sur le disk C ;
- Il n'y a pas d'ordre précis parfois mais en règle générale il faut lancer le Trainer puis lancer le jeu et sinon essayez l'inverse soit le jeu puis le Trainer
- Certains Trainer lance le jeu (voir documentation propre à chaque Trainer);
- Certains ne fonctionnent que s'ils sont dans le même répertoire que le jeu. Dans tous les cas il ne faut pas fermer le Trainer sinon cela ne marche pas !!!"
Dans 99% des cas (à moins que cela soit spécifié par le trainer) on peut décompresser le fichier zip n'importe où...et l’exécuter !
