In Co-Op/Splitscreen mode, choose to trade with another player. Give them your money and or most valuable items. Then, copy back your backup save and give the money again. Repeat this as many times as desired. Increase Inventory Space: ------------------------- SDUs make a return in Borderlands 3 and allow you to increase your inventory size, personal as well as the vault. After the initial 3-4 hours of the game, you will be introduced to SDUs or Storage Deck Upgrades and can then purchase them from Marcus Munitions in Sanctuary to increase your storage limit. Each ammo type has its SDU in Borderlands 3. For example Pistol ammo, Heavy ammo, Shotgun ammo, SMG ammo, and Sniper ammo. You can also upgrade your bag to carry more items and your bank storage. Lost loot can be collected more readily by upgrading it with SDUs as well. Upgrading SDUs can be a bit expensive especially in the early hours of Borderlands 3 so be careful what you upgrade. Only increase the capacity of ammo for weapons you commonly use. If you aren’t a big fan of snipers, it is not worth wasting resources on upgrading Sniper SDU. One Pump Chump Legendary weapon: -------------------------------- Enter Lectra City from Meridian Metroplex. From the entrance of Lectra City, go straight ahead to the location of the "Proof Of Wife" mission. Once you reach this location, go to the bottom of the staircase. At the bottom of the stairs, go forward and stay to the left wall. Once you reach the opening on the left, continue forward to find a small alleyway on the left. Go down the alleyway to see a chainlink fence on the left side. Inside the room with the chainlink fence are some switches. Activate the switches to turn on all the TVs down the hall. The sequence they are activated may be different some times. The following sequence should work most times: Press the button on the left, turn the wheel on the right, pull the lever to the right of the wheel, and then pull the lever on the left (may need to pull it twice). Once the five TVs at the end of the hall have been turned on, the "One Punch" enemy will come running out of the door towards you. He can kill you with one hit. Kill him to get a chance at the "One Pump Chump" Legendary weapon dropping. If it does not drop, leave the area and repeat the steps again until you get the One Pump Chump weapon. The One Pump Chump weapon is a powerful shotgun that kills most enemies with one shot and has a 50% chance not to consume ammo when fired. How to Duplicate Legendary Weapons & Guns: ------------------------------------------ You can duplicate any weapons (including legendary weapons) while playing Borderlands 3 multiplayer on PC. This lets you give a weapon to a friend while still keeping it for yourself. Below are the steps you need to follow. When doing this be careful to always COPY your save files. Do not move the files. The person giving the weapon away needs to copy their save file. Go to where the save file is located and copy and paste it anywhere else. Here’s where it’s located: Documents -> My Games -> Borderlands 3 -> Saved -> SaveGames -> Folder -> 1.sav. Copy and paste this file anywhere else. Get into a game with a friend. Make sure the person hosting the game is the one who wants the weapon. Drop the weapon on the ground. Have your friend pick it up. Close the game. Paste your old save file back into the folder where your save is located. This lets you overwrite your latest save (where you gave the weapon away) with your old save (where you still had the weapon). Now you should have your cool/favorite weapon or legendary weapon and your friend will have it too. Feel free to join their game again now that both of you have the weapon or repeat these steps to copy even more! How to Fast Travel: ------------------- As with previous Borderlands games, Fast Travel stations dot the areas and planets you’ll visit in Borderlands 3—but this time, they’re not the only means of warping a round. Borderlands 3 lets you teleport from anywhere to any previously discovered Fast Travel station or even your most recently used vehicle, all via the map in your ECHO device. That includes Fast Travel stations on other planets, too; once you’ve discovered a station anywhere in the galaxy, you can travel there instantly without needing to warp back to Sanctuary III first. This is late in the story. This farm is even better after completing the story and increasing the difficulty to Mayhem III. Even on Mayhem I, you will get a lot more high- tier gear. Go to the area with the elevator that takes you up to Jakob’s Mansion. There is a bridge with a New-U Station (remember the New-U Station, as it makes the farming much easier). Make sure to activate it as you pass. Run into the area with the elevator to find a Loot Tink. The Loot Tink will always respawn, and there is a chance more Loot Tinks will spawn in the area. When you defeat the Loot Tink, loot the backpack on the ground for additional loot. After defeating the Loot Tink, exit to the menu and reload to respawn at the New-U Station by the bridge. Repeat this process as many times as desired. Legendary weapons are a lot more commonly dropped by Loot Tinks. If you play on Mayhem III, it is possible to get multiple Legendary weapons per run. It only takes a few minutes per run. How do I send Mail in-game?: ---------------------------- You can send mail to your friends by going to the Mail tab of the Social menu. The Social menu can be accessed from the in-game pause menu. You cannot send mail from the main menu version of the Social menu. After proceeding to the Mail tab, press the “Send Mail” button prompt on the lower right of the screen to bring up your current inventory. You can then select an item to send and a friend to send it to. Your friend should then receive the item in their Mail menu the next time they log in. Note: Once you send an item through the mail there is no way to recover it. Even if your friends fail to redeem it before the piece of mail expires, the mail will not be sent back to you. Mayhem mode : ------------- Successfully complete the story to unlock Mayhem mode. In this mode, enemies are tougher, but there are better weapon drops. There are three different levels in Mayhem mode. The higher the level, the harder the enemies become, but the better the loot drops are. Easy Eridium: ------------- In the Voracious Canopy zone on Eden-6, leave the lower science dome section of the map, and look left for a drop into a narrow cave. It leads to the Eridium Marker collectible, but ignore that. This cave contains lots of Eridium Crystals. Simply smash and collect them, then exit to the menu and reload to the New-U Station to spawn the Eridium Crystals again. Repeat this as many times as desired. Note: You will get even more Eridium by doing this in Mayhem mode. Easy Eridium and Legendary weapons: ----------------------------------- Go to the entrance of Carnivora (early area) on Pandora. This area contains multiple large chests and Eridium chests. The Eridium chest spawn in different locations —- on the rooftop to the left, straight ahead from the entrance, or inside an open container on the right (you have to jump up into it). The last one is further in, after running through another causeway to a sign, look left for the Eridium chest. You can also grab a large chest to the right of the sign. Then, exit to the menu and reload to the New-U Station to spawn the chests again. Repeat this as many times as desired. Extreme Hangin' Chadd' (infinite ammo) weapon: ---------------------------------------------- Successfully complete the "Swamp Bro" side mission to get the Extreme Hangin' Chadd weapon. This quest is available in Reliance, on Eden-6, in the Floodmoor Basin region. You can explore it after completing "The Guns Of Reliance" side mission. The Extreme Hangin' Chadd weapon does no use any ammo or overheat. Rick And Morty Easter Egg: -------------------------- Two bandit characters that look similar to Rick and Morty from the Rick And Morty TV show will appear in Lectra City, Promethea. This is a completely optional area. They usually spawn in the Underpass area. If you wait around long enough on Sanctuary III, you may get lucky and the "Kill Wick & Warty" side mission will appear. Start the quest, and a waypoint will mark their location on the Lectra City map. Track them down and defeat them for a chance at a random Legendary weapon dropping. A Legendary weapon commonly drops after defeating them.
