Super Damage Targeted Enemy:
This does not work on big boss fights.

Tokens Resource Multiplier:
Toggle on and enter the MENU where you can see your resource tokens and if you have at least 1 you will have 9999.

Easy Craft Gadgets:
Gadgets only cost ONE type of resource, usually the plentiful TECH resource.......
