How to Get Unlimited Mercenary Tokens:
--------------------------------------
Written by PeliasDeWizzzrd

To enjoy the game, I had to use a cheat to get more Mercenary Tokens:

Initially I was concerned and annoyed by the bit awkward system of
characters (NPC or Custom-made) progression. I felt anxious and restricted
by the fact that I had to find and spend the “rare” mercenary-tokens to
reset my characters skills or create new characters, especially since the
innovative skill-tree made it hard to proper-plan my leveling during my
first game-run.

But, very close to the beginning of the game (level 5, just when the game
becomes open-world-side-quest friendly), if we use a Trainer to get
unlimited money for a few moments, we can purchase all the Mercenary Tokens
our heart desire.

-=Why We Need Mercenary Tokens=-
1.At the Adventurers Guild we can pay one Mercenary Token to the sergeant
at the bar, to create a new custom party-character (companion).
2.At the Adventurers Guild basement, we can pay one Merc Token to the three
hooded evaluators, to re-alocate all the skill-points of a character
(main character or companion)
3.I desired a cheat to get lots of Merc Tokens, because I felt restricted
by the fact that the game provided me with only 2 Tokens when I reached
the start-of-open-world gaming state (about 5th level, having a 4
adventurers party size).

-=How to Get Unlimited Mercenary Tokens=
We must have a game edition that includes the DLC with the Haernhold dungeon.

1) Play the main story quests till the end of The Hidden Hand quest, when you
will get your fist Mercenary Tokens (two of them). At that point, we have our
main character and three pre-made NPCs in our party. The one NPC you will
choose to sent to the off-land mission will NEVER come back (as far as I know).

2) Walk to the top-right (North-East) corner of the Skara Brae Below, just a
few meters in-front of the spot that the new NPC (Crux) is waiting for you
for recruitment, and stay at the crossroad looking at him. To your right
(far east of the map), there is a big cave-way to the teleport-stones area,
where Stoney will explain to you that you already know how to activate the
teleport travel.

3) Activate the stones using the song you used to enter the initial
Adventurers’ Guild, and the DLC Haernhold location will be available, even
if you have not discover it yet thru quest storyline.

4) At the fist turn of the first corridor of the Haernhold dungeon there is
a Dwarven Altar. Start offering it money (skeatt). It asks for 1 gp, then
10gp, then 100gp, and nothing is happening. It then asks for 1000gp, every
time (no more price escalation). Every time you donate 1000 skeatt at the
altar, you get a Mercenary Token.

5) The problem is, that at this point in game (lvl 5 with your crappy build
1st-run character and your loosy-build pre-made companions), you will not
have anything close to 1000 gp. So we need to use a Trainer (cheat) from the
many available on the web, to give our party “unlimited” money for just that
moment. I used the following Trainer made by MrAntiFun ( Thank you man !!! ) ,
and purchased 50 Mercenary Tokens to feel satisfied, even if right now I am
just needing probably 4 of them to setup the official companions to the build-
specialization I like, and to fix my main character according to the knowledge
I now have on the combat-skill-tactics.
